Now I have officially taken over as club leader in SAFE. I have both looked forward to and dreaded this. In the last six months, I have been involved in several cases together with Espen, including local and central wage negotiations, which has been very instructive. I was excited about whether I would start as a leader just before a possible strike, but fortunately Espen took the leadership responsibility through this. Espen is now looking forward to starting to travel offshore again. In the back I have a good board, which is put together by people from several different departments.
